Australian shipping times:
- Free and Registered shipping will generally take 2-5 business days after the date of dispatch, depending on location of final destination*
- Express Post will generally take 1-2 business days delivery after the date of dispatch, depending on location of final destination.
NOTE: EXPRESS POST IS NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE THROUGH AUSTRALIA POST DUE TO COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS.
International Shipping times:
- Registered shipping generally takes 3-10 business days after the date of dispatch, depending on location of final destination*
- Express Shipping will generally take 3-7 business days delivery after the date of dispatch, depending on location of final destination*

REFUNDS & RETURNSOnly items purchased on the Elementary website can be returned to elementaryskincare.com.au for refund or exchange. Items purchased through a retail outlet or specialty retailer or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase. Should you make an error when ordering online, please contact us immediately and we will gladly modify your order to reflect the item you intended to purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges.
