HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Australian shipping:

  • Standard shipping: $12.00 AUD flat rate (under 5kg) — generally 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location
  • Express Post: $18.00 AUD flat rate (under 5kg) — generally 1–2 business days after dispatch, depending on your location
  • Free standard shipping on all orders over $80 AUD

International shipping:

  • Costs vary by destination country and are calculated automatically at checkout
  • Standard shipping generally takes 3–10 business days after dispatch, depending on destination
  • Express shipping generally takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on destination

Shipping times are estimates only and don't allow for public holidays or high-volume periods (e.g. Easter, Christmas and New Year). Estimates apply from the day your order is shipped, not the day you order.

DO I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER WITH MY ORDER?

  • Within Australia, all orders receive a separate email with tracking information, sent after your shipping confirmation email.
  • For international orders, tracking availability depends on the destination country. You can check coverage for your country on Australia Post's international tracking page. If tracking isn't available for your country, you'll still receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is dispatched.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?

  • We carry stock of all items, so we can generally dispatch orders within 24–48 hours of placement.
  • If an item is temporarily out of stock, we'll message you with an updated timeframe before dispatch.

CAN I HAVE MY ORDER EXPRESS POSTED?

Yes — Express Post is available for both domestic and international orders at checkout, at the rates above.

PRICES & PAYMENT

All prices on the website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change without notice.

You must pay the Order Amount by credit card at the time of submitting the Order. Elementary Skin Care accepts Visa, Mastercard or PayPal.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

Only items purchased on the Elementary website can be returned to elementaryskincare.com.au for refund or exchange. Items purchased through a retail outlet or specialty retailer or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.

Should you make an error when ordering online, please contact us immediately and we will gladly modify your order to reflect the item you intended to purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges.
