DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Apply to clean, warm skin to maximise absorption of the products nutrients.
For eczema and psoriasis break outs, liberally apply the balm topically over irritated skin to sooth and calm.
Reapply every few hours for rapid healing.

Just to be clear, I'm not usually one to go bananas over skin cream - far from it.
